Ajay Kewale

Ajay Kewale has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ajay started their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on developing Siebel Analytics dashboard reports for Cisco's network equipment. Ajay then worked as a Physics lab instructor at the University of Central Missouri before joining L1-Identity Solutions as a Software Developer. In this role, they designed systems to store applicant portfolios and integrated biometrics communication. Ajay also developed XML schema files for storing applicant image data and portfolios. Ajay then joined Pinpoint Global Communications as a Senior Software/Web Developer, where they worked on Learning Content Management projects using Microsoft MVC Framework. Ajay then worked at Charles River Associates as a Senior .NET Application/Web Developer, providing consulting services in economic, financial, and business management domains. Ajay then joined First Marblehead as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to private student loan solutions for lenders, credit unions, and schools. Currently, they are working at Foundation Medicine as a Tech Lead and Senior Manager in Software Engineering, where they are involved in bringing comprehensive cancer genomic analysis to routine clinical care.

Ajay Kewale has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Central Missouri, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) from 2002 to 2006. Ajay also holds an HSC degree in Computer Science from PTVA's Sathaye College, which they received from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Ajay has obtained several certifications, including the FMI Manager as Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2022, and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019. Ajay has also achieved various certifications from Dale Carnegie Digital and Scrum.org in areas like leadership, communication, and agile methodologies. Furthermore, Ajay has received recognition for their academic achievements, such as the International Student Award and International Student Initiative Award from the University of Central Missouri, as well as the Indian National Scholarship from the Government of India. Ajay has also earned awards in robotics competitions and tabla (Indian drums) playing.
