Dionne Wells

Dionne Wells has held various leadership roles throughout their work experience. Dionne began their career at the North Carolina Department of Insurance as an Insurance Regulatory Analyst and later became a Supervising Examiner. Dionne then joined CIGNA Healthcare as Director of Compliance for the NC/SC region, where they managed compliance programs and provided training. After that, they worked at Blue Cross NC, first as Director of Corporate Compliance and later as Director of Service Operations, overseeing a large customer service center and implementing process improvements. Dionne then transitioned to MetLife as an IT Vendor Relationship Consultant and later as an IT Vendor Relationship Principal, where they developed strategies, managed vendor compliance, and analyzed spend. Currently, they are at Foundation Medicine as VP Client Services and RTP Site Head, leading strategic and operational activities, aligning client services strategy, and overseeing high-volume laboratory operations.

Dionne Wells holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut. Dionne also has a Masters degree in HealthCare Administration from Pfeiffer University. In addition to their degrees, Dionne has obtained various certifications such as LEAN Six Sigma, SAFe Agilist Certification, ITIL Service Operation, Green Belt Certification (GB), and ITL Certification.
