Martina Cantone

Martina Cantone is a clinical bioinformatics analyst III at Foundation Medicine since March 2021. With prior experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the Technical University of Munich and a bioinformatician PhD candidate at Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Martina has developed expertise in data analysis pipelines, Python scripting, and the integration of systems biology and bioinformatics to explore molecular mechanisms in developmental neurobiology. Martina's academic qualifications include a PhD in Human Biology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and master's and bachelor's degrees in Bioengineering from the University of Pavia. Additionally, Martina has contributed to research in dermatology and served as a co-supervisor for a Master's thesis related to anticancer therapeutic vaccination.
