Dean Ayres

Dean Ayres has over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a diverse range of roles starting from 2008 and up until 2022. Dean started their career as the Owner of Ayres Financial, before moving on to work as the Area Sales Manager/Business Development at Ovation Home Loans. Later, they became a Sales Manager Retail Lending at Capital Solutions Financial Group, and then served as the Client Development Manager at Cove Financial. In 2014, Dean worked as an Inside Wholesale Account Executive at Impac Mortgage Corp before joining Sunburst Funding as a Senior Loan Officer. Dean then became an Inside Sales Representative at REMN Wholesale. In 2017, they were appointed Regional Vice President at Sprout Mortgage, a role they held until September 2022. In the same year, they became the Senior Vice President of Sales at Wall Street Mortgage Bankers Ltd, dba Power Express Mortgage Bankers. Currently, they are serving as SVP of Sales at Foundation Mortgage Corporation. Dean Ayres earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they attended San Diego State University for General Education. Dean also holds a CA Mortgage Brokers Licence and NMLS certification.
