Calogeno Principato is a versatile professional with a diverse background in sales and appraisal. Currently serving as a Residential Appraiser at AK Hometown Appraisal and an Outside Sales Specialist at Foundation Recovery Systems, Calogeno has also held positions as a Sales Specialist at Midwest Foundation Repair and as the Eminent Deputy Archon of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, where significant leadership was demonstrated as a founding father of the Iowa Beta Colony at the University of Iowa. As the Owner of Prince Demolition, Calogeno successfully managed and grew a business initiated during high school. Additional experience includes roles in customer service at Kellar Williams Realty, Scheels, and Hy-Vee. Calogeno holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Iowa and has completed a business curriculum at Des Moines Area Community College while in high school.
