Lesli Whisenant

Lesli Whisenant is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in establishing and managing tax functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Tax at Foundation Risk Partners since November 2025, Lesli focuses on strategic planning, tax modeling, and value creation. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Tax at AssuredPartners, where responsibilities involved overseeing the corporate tax function and managing a growing tax team. Experience also encompasses significant positions at FARO Technologies, Kony, Inc., Rotech Healthcare, and Universal American, where tax planning and compliance were key duties. Lesli began a career in taxation at PwC, managing client relationships and IRS audits. Academically, Lesli holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the UCF College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Southern College.
