Morgan Smithberger

Morgan Smithberger currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant at Foundation Risk Partners, having assumed the role in June 2024. Previously, Morgan was actively involved at the University of Rhode Island's College of Business, participating as a member of the Dean's Business Student Advisory Council from August 2021 to June 2024, contributing to the discussion of college policies and events. Morgan held leadership positions in Delta Sigma Pi, serving as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Professional Activities, where responsibilities included planning recruitment events and professional activities. Additional experiences include a Talent Acquisition Internship at Global Atlantic Financial Group and various roles within the University of Rhode Island, focusing on event planning and social media marketing. Morgan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island, expected to graduate in 2024.
