Allyce Najimy serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation To Be Named Later since January 2007, a philanthropic organization that invests in diverse leaders and supports nonprofits championing them. With extensive experience in sports leadership education, Najimy is a Professor and Co-Founder of the Sport Leadership & Administration program at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Additionally, Najimy holds roles as a Trustee for the Mass Cultural Council and the Institute for Sport and Social Justice, and as a Co-Director Volunteer at the Celebrity and Athlete Foundation Forum. Previous positions include Co-Founder of the CHAMPS Boston youth sports development program and Sr. Associate Director at Northeastern University’s Center for the Study of Sport in Society. Najimy's educational background includes an MEd in Education from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University.
