Ari Barmapov is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Foundations Sales Consulting since January 2018, Ari focuses on helping scale-up companies transition from Founder Led Sales through effective Go-To-Market strategies. Currently serving as a Growth Advisor for LavaReach, Ari applies expertise in web browsing AI technologies to optimize sales research and outreach. In addition, Ari co-hosts The Sales Catalyst Podcast and previously held roles such as Head of Sales for HRSimplified, where revenue grew from $250k to over $1M, and Senior District Manager at ADP. Notable achievements include multiple awards such as Presidents Club recognition and Rookie of the Year. Ari holds a Specialized Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from York University.
