Susan Motkaluk

Susan Motkaluk is an accomplished leader with over twenty years of senior management experience in building communities across Canada. Currently serving as the CEO and Board Advisor at TEC Canada since September 2018, Susan is recognized for enhancing the leadership capacity of CEOs and executives. In addition to being the Director Board Member for Value Connect Inc. and a Judge and Mentor at the Founder Institute, Susan has held key roles such as CEO of Southbridge Development Corporation, where Susan managed significant redevelopment projects for Southbridge Care Homes in Ontario. Previous positions include CAO of the City of Swift Current and Deputy CAO of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, as well as managerial roles in engineering within various government organizations. Susan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
