Alma B. serves as the Director of Product and Innovation at Founders Agency since November 2019, where responsibilities include leading product innovation initiatives and collaborating with client brands in the beauty, food and beverage, and fashion industries. Prior to this role, Alma held the position of Head Strategist at Ogilvy Miami, establishing strategic practices and overseeing advertising strategies for notable clients such as American Express and Starbucks. Alma's career began at Ogilvy & Mather México, progressing from Account Executive to Strategic Planner, contributing to global growth strategies for consumer goods. Additional experience includes co-founding the Latin American Society Goldsmiths College and internships at the Mexican Embassy in the UK and Illustration Cupboard. Alma is currently pursuing a Global MBA in Luxury Brand Management at ESSEC Business School, with further education in Behavioral Economics and Copywriting, complemented by a BA in Media and Communication.
