Charles Shannon

Charles Shannon, Associate, was previously a member of the West Coast Technology Investment

Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. He worked on a variety of capital markets and M&A

transactions as well as corporate advisory engagements for companies including Google, Lytx,

Proofpoint, BlueJeans, Inphi, Broadcom, NXP and Global Foundaries. He also performed a

couple of Summer Analyst stints at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch where he worked on

similar opportunities with companies such as GE, AIG, Macquarie, BNP Paribus, Liberty Media,

Direct TV, Nestle, CocaCola, and Wal-Mart. Charles came to financial services from a far nobler

pursuit having spent worthy time teaching middle school math at Veritas College Preparatory

Charter School as part of Teach For America.
