Roo Rogers

Roo Rogers is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. As the CEO of Utopia Capital Management since May 2023 and the Managing Partner at The Radical Fund since July 2023, Roo Rogers demonstrates a commitment to innovation and strategic growth. At Founders Factory Africa, Roo Rogers has served as Executive Chairperson and CEO since October 2018, further showcasing leadership in fostering entrepreneurial initiatives. Previous experience includes a partnership at fuseproject, a strategic innovation and design consultancy, and founding roles at Redscout Ventures and OZOlab & OZOcar, focusing on creative ventures and sustainable businesses. Roo Rogers holds a BA in Political Science and Art History from Columbia University and a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from SOAS University of London.
