Rugare Ncube

Rugare Ncube is currently the Head of Operations at Founders Factory Africa. Prior to this role, Rugare held positions such as Head Business Optimization and PMO at MultiChoice Group, Business Manager at Barclays Africa Group Limited, and Business Manager at Absa Group. With a background in organizational development, local economic development initiatives, raising finance, and business development, Rugare has a strong track record in the consulting and management field. Rugare holds a Masters degree in Public and Development Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Solusi University. Prior to entering the corporate world, Rugare gained experience in research and development management consulting at various organizations.
