Nick Hale

Nick Hale is an IT Business Process Analyst at Founders Federal Credit Union since May 2023, with a background in account management and customer service. Prior to this role, Nick progressed from a temporary employee to Supervisor of Account Services at Shutterfly within 18 months, where responsibilities included managing Account Executive teams and resolving client incidents. As an Account Executive, Nick provided consulting services to Lifetouch’s largest accounts, addressing quality issues and data errors. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University, alongside an Associate's degree and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from York Technical College.
