Jason Phipps

Jason Phipps began their career in 2000 as a Drill Instructor for the United States Marine Corps. In 2005, they were promoted to Navigational Aids Work Center Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2010, they were promoted to Director of Maintenance Operations. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Enlisted Advisor. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Leadership Academy at Marine Corps Recruiting. In 2017, they joined Apple Inc. as an Apple Care Advisor. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Founders First Capital Partners, LLC as a Business Systems Analyst and Salesforce Admin.

Jason Phipps attended Columbia College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies. Jason then attended San Diego Miramar College from 2015 to 2016, earning an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Lastly, they attended San Diego State University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System.
