Alex Roth

Alex Roth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and business planning, currently serving as the Group Director of Strategy and Business Planning at Informa since 2014. In this role, Alex is a key member of the Executive Management Team, focusing on Group Strategy, M&A, and business transformation initiatives, including the GAP business transformation programme and large-scale integrations like Penton and UBM. Prior to Informa, Alex was a Partner at Bain & Company, where work centered on addressing strategic and operational challenges for senior executives in the technology and financial services sectors. Alex also held various positions at Monitor Group and Bell Atlantic, obtaining an MBA from Northwestern University, an M.Phil. from the University of Oxford, and a BA from Yale University.
