Alice Garber

Alice Garber is a Principal at Founders Keepers, a boutique executive search firm that builds leadership teams for growth stage and venture backed companies. Prior to their current role, Alice was an Associate at Founders Keepers from January 2019 to October 2020. In this role, they helped the most ambitious digital and tech-led companies in the world, at critical stages of their growth, to hire their most impactful senior talent.

Before their time at Founders Keepers, Alice was a Consultant - Private Equity at Arkesden Partners from July 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they advised private equity firms on the recruitment of investment professionals for their portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Alice was a Researcher at Arkesden Partners from May 2016 to July 2017.

Alice Garber has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northumbria University, and they also went to The Godolphin School.
