Ferry Heilemann

Ferry Heilemann is an accomplished entrepreneur and venture capitalist with a focus on climate technology and sustainable business practices. As the Founder and Partner at AENU, Ferry leads early-stage impact venture capital efforts. Previously, at Forto, Ferry co-founded the leading digital freight-forwarder in Europe, serving enterprise customers with comprehensive transport solutions. In addition to this, Ferry co-founded the organization Leaders for Climate Action, advocating for effective climate policies, and serves as an Ambassador and Climate Champion for Founders Pledge, supporting philanthropic efforts among entrepreneurs. With a background in early-stage venture capital, Ferry has contributed to notable companies through Earlybird Venture Capital and has authored a climate action guide. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and coursework at Nottingham University Business School.
