Louise Barber

Louise Barber is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Current role includes serving as Head of People (Interim) at Founders Pledge since October 2024. Previous interim positions include Head of People Operations at Digital Catapult, Head of People & Organisational Development at The Health Foundation, and HR Transformation & Head of HR at ActionAid International.
