Blake Caldwell has held a variety of positions in the tech industry since 2009. Blake began their career as a Software Development Engineer at iCRco in 2009, where they also served as a consultant and lead software development engineer. In 2012, they founded Larc Chat and acted as CEO and CTO. In 2013, they co-directed Startup Next Los Angeles, a Techstars Program powered by Google for Entrepreneurs. In 2014, they co-founded MoGuard Inc, a company that wholesales cup attachments designed to keep a man's mustache and beard dry while drinking. In 2016, they co-founded 2332 Collective, a collective that creates music and other entertainment events on the Westside of Los Angeles. In 2017, they became CEO and co-founder of FoundersBoost (formerly Startup Boost), a global tech pre-accelerator with programs running in 15+ locations around the world.
Blake Caldwell attended Thacher from 1997 to 2001. Blake then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. In 2004, they attended the University of Westminster. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Drexel University College of Medicine, where they earned a Medical Sciences Certificate. Blake then returned to The Johns Hopkins University, where they completed a Master of Science in Engineering in Electrical & Computer Engineering in 2008. Blake also completed courses at UCLA Extension.
