Alfred Chuang holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from UC Davis and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco.

FoundersHK (港創人) is a nonprofit, a nonpartisan, and a Hong Kong-US-based organization. FoundersHK is a community where Hong Kong founders can get connected, get support from others, be mentored, and learn from each other. Objective To build Hong Kong as the next tech hub of the world by educating youngsters, producing various series, connecting the tech community in both Hong Kong and Silicon Valley.
