Jelte Wingender

Jelte Ansgar Wingender is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as the China Representative and Country Partner at German Accelerator, where the focus is on developing networks for German startups entering the Chinese market. As the co-founder and CEO of both Founders Lair and Dealflow, Jelte Wingender drives initiatives to enhance transparency and support in startup ecosystems and connect stakeholders with promising startups. Additionally, as the CEO of Flair, oversight is provided to help entrepreneurs access global startup programs. Jelte Wingender is the Chief Evangelist and Founder of German Innovators, connecting resources for the Chinese market, and has significantly contributed to the Beijing startup community through various roles, including Senior Manager at Innoway and Head of Community at ZGC Global Youth Lab. An extensive educational background includes a Master of Arts in Modern East Asian Studies from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics of East Asia from Ruhr University Bochum.
