Alexandre Rabouille

Alexandre Rabouille has extensive experience in transformation, customer experience, and leadership. They began their professional journey as an ACD Manager at CCA International from 2003 to 2006, followed by a role as Chef de Plateau at Foundever from 2006 to 2008. Progressing through various leadership positions at Foundever, they served as Global Head of Success Program, where they designed and implemented a client support program on a global scale, and later as Business Unit Director and Operations Director, managing significant revenue streams and client accounts. Presently, Alexandre is the founder and leader of Kora CX, continuing their commitment to strategic transformation and client success. They hold a degree from ESCP Europe, obtained from 2015 to 2019.
