Anand Iyer

Anand Iyer is currently the Vice President of Workforce Management for both Foundever and Sitel Group. They have a robust background in workforce management, having held leadership positions such as Global WFM Head at Ingram Micro and Global Director of Planning & Analytics at TELUS International. Anand's experience includes over a decade in various managerial roles at Sutherland, focusing on operations and analytics. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Madras and studied Commercial Management and Business Information Systems at Ashok Hall.
