Ash Padmanabhan

Ash Padmanabhan brings over two decades of global experience in strategy, digital transformation and data-driven growth to his role as Chief Strategic Growth Officer at Foundever®.

Leading the Digital Operations and Data Analytics functions, Ash is responsible for establishing these capabilities as a core engine of the company’s long-term growth. His leadership focuses on leveraging digital innovation, automation and advanced analytics to enhance client outcomes and create scalable value across the enterprise.

Before joining Foundever, Ash headed the Supply Chain Practice at Genpact. In prior roles at Genpact, he drove significant growth leading the PE Practice as well as in the high-tech software and services business unit. He also held senior roles at Wolters Kluwer and American Express, where he built a strong track record of developing partnerships and leading cross-functional teams.

Based in New York City, he plays a pivotal role in shaping Foundever’s continued growth and success. Ash’s appointment reflects the company’s continued commitment to building an agile, data-empowered organization focused on delivering enterprise-wide value for our clients.
