Benedita Miranda

Benedita Miranda has extensive experience in management roles within the contact center industry, currently serving as General Manager for the Multilingual Region at Foundever since May 2013, overseeing operations across multiple countries including Portugal, Italy, Spain, Greece, Romania, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Egypt. Prior to this role, Benedita held various positions at Foundever, including Site Director and Country Manager. Experience also includes serving as an MBA student at Universidade Católica/ESADE Barcelona and positions at Transcom as Contact Center Director and Regional Account Manager for Southern Europe. Earlier career roles include Call Center Coordinator at ES Contact, Optimus Outsourcing Coordinator at Multipessoal, and Back Office Team Leader at Banco Espirito Santo. Benedita holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Católica Porto Business School, an MBA in International Business, and a Master's degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
