Bruce Simpson

Bruce Simpson has extensive experience in management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Head of Continuous Improvement at Foundever since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bruce held multiple positions at NSL, including Quality & Efficiency Manager and Business Processing Manager, from May 2019 to August 2022. Bruce's career at BT spanned nearly nine years, where roles included Governance & Right First Time Lead and Continuous Improvement Manager, achieving significant cost savings and enhancing customer satisfaction. Bruce also demonstrated strong project management capabilities, successfully overseeing complex change initiatives. Earlier in the career, Bruce progressed through various roles at Sitel, culminating in the position of Operations Manager, where notable achievements included the development of a technical repair help desk and achieving high employee engagement.
