Catia Moreira

Catia Moreira has extensive experience in performance management and improvement, currently serving as VP Performance at Foundever since January 2018, after holding the role of Performance Director. Prior to this, Catia spent 18 years at Sitel, where responsibilities included Performance Improvement and Process Manager, Learning Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, and Service Team Manager. Catia began the career at Sitel as an Agent. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Educação Social from Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo and a Social Education Degree from ISCE University, both obtained between 1998 and 2003.
