Danielle McCants, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Talent Management at Foundever, where responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team to shape the organization's vision and talent strategy within the CX industry. Previously, Danielle held positions at SS&C Advent as a Global Talent & Organizational Development Specialist and a Learning and Development Analyst, focusing on team development and learning program administration. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Immigration Specialist at UnitedLex Corporation and contributing to talent acquisition and program development at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Danielle holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Mitchell Community College.
