Diego Moreira is an Intelligent Automation Manager and Solution Architect with extensive experience in customer service, RPA development, and continuous improvement. They began their career as a Customer Service Agent at Convergys before progressing to roles including Team Leader and Senior RPA Developer at Grupo Syntepro CR. At IBM, they served as a Continuous Improvement Leader and TVC Specialist, where they led various projects and programs. Diego is currently pursuing bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from Universidad de Costa Rica and Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica Internacional Costa Rica.
