Erica Svanström

Erica Svanström is the Head of Privacy EMEA at Foundever, where they focus on ensuring compliance and privacy standards. With a background in quality assurance and account management, Erica previously held several key positions at Foundever, including Director of Standards EMEA and Quality Assurance Manager. They began their career as a Freelance Writer for HotelandRestaurantTimes from 2006 to 2012 and worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Lexmark from 2002 to 2004. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with First Class Honours from Dublin City University and has additional studies in International Relations and Affairs and Journalism from the University of Gothenburg and Edinburgh Napier University, respectively.
