Ewan Ross has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Foundever since August 2017, and has held various titles within the company, including Regional Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Hub Team Manager, Senior Recruitment Specialist, and Recruitment Specialist. Prior to Foundever, Ewan worked at Next Ltd from November 2015 to August 2017 as a Team Coach and gained early experience at Sainsbury's as a Customer Service Assistant from October 2012 to May 2013. Ewan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
