Felipe Freitas

Felipe Freitas has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Gerente de operações at Foundever since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing diverse operations across channels such as phone, chat, and email while focusing on key performance indicators like NPS and AHT. Previous roles include Senior Supervisor and Junior Supervisor for HP, where Felipe was instrumental in team development and KPI management, as well as positions at Dell that involved technical coaching and quality analysis. Initial experience includes an internship at Economus Instituto de Seguridade Social and a role as a Young Apprentice at Banco do Brasil, where foundational skills in administration and customer interaction were developed. Felipe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
