Geraud Mazel

Geraud Mazel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth, and financial advisory services. Currently serving as Head of M&A and Strategic Growth at Foundever since March 2015, Geraud Mazel has successfully led significant M&A transactions ranging from $1m to $2bn, transforming Foundever from a French leader into a global leader in the customer experience sector. Previous roles at Foundever include VP Transformation and General Manager, where Geraud Mazel oversaw digital transformation initiatives and post-acquisition integration efforts. Prior to Foundever, Geraud Mazel was a Partner in Financial Advisory Services at Mazars, contributing to the development of a dedicated Brazilian team and managing cross-border transactions in Latin America. Geraud Mazel holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Law from Université Paris-Saclay and a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
