Jonathan R.

Jonathan R. has accumulated significant experience in civil engineering and project management, holding various positions from March 2012 to the present. Starting as a Civil Engineer Intern at Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, responsibilities included estimating population growth and design analysis of pipeline networks. Jonathan served as a Civil Engineer Project Manager Assistant and Civil Estimator at Bilco Costa Rica, overseeing shop drawings, material submittals, and cost comparisons. At Instalaciones Tecnológicas Instatec, Jonathan advanced to Senior Estimator, leading Agile/Scrum teams on infrastructure projects while maintaining technical documentation and stakeholder communication. Currently, Jonathan is with Foundever as part of the Cisco TAC, diagnosing complex network issues for enterprise clients. Jonathan holds multiple degrees from Universidad de Costa Rica, including a Licenciatura in Civil Engineering, and has completed several certifications in networking and security.
