Joy Umali is the Senior Director of Global Operations at Foundever, where they focus on optimizing operational efficiency. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Site Director at Ubiquity CDO and Senior Operations Manager at Teleperformance Philippines. Joy began their career as a Technical Support Representative at Teletech Customer Care and grew through several management positions, notably as a Team Manager at Alorica Philippines, Inc. They possess a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from De La Salle Lipa, Inc., and are currently Yellow Belt-Six Sigma certified.
