Katrina Ramos is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Talent Acquisition Director at Foundever since September 2021, Katrina has previously held key positions such as PH Talent Sourcing Lead at Tata Consultancy Services and Talent Acquisition Director at STARTEK Philippines, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end hiring for multiple sites and achieving high recruitment targets. With a strong foundation in human resources gained from roles at Harte Hanks, VXI Global Holdings, Omega Direct Response Inc., and Sitel, Katrina has demonstrated expertise in policy creation, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. Katrina holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
