Kim Smouter is an enthusiastic leader and innovative problem solver with extensive experience in advocacy and public affairs. They served as the Head of Public Affairs and Professional Standards at ESOMAR from 2012 to 2022 and were an Executive Director at the European Network Against Racism from 2022 to 2025, where they championed systemic change against racism in Europe. They currently serve as the Managing Director of Foundever.org, a nonprofit organization focused on global social impact and community empowerment.
