Kimberly Salter has extensive experience in operations management and customer service, currently serving as Operations Manager at Foundever since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly held a similar position at Sitel for several years starting in February 2007, where additional responsibilities included coaching. Kimberly began a career in customer service at ClientLogic, working from March 2003 to February 2007 as a Coach Apprentice and Customer Service Representative, focusing on inbound calls and assisting customers with billing-related issues.
