Miguel Ariza

Miguel Ariza is an experienced learning and training professional with a background in managing educational initiatives across multiple organizations. At Sitel Group, Miguel served as Learning Manager, Learning Specialist, and Learning Manager TT from August 2020 to August 2022. Subsequently, at Foundever, Miguel held the position of Senior Learning Manager from August 2022 to February 2024, leading learning initiatives for approximately 3,000 employees across three sites, focusing on onboarding, operational training, and cultural training. Currently, Miguel is the Senior Training Manager for Global programs at Foundever, responsible for multi-site solutions and quality assurance in onboarding and training. Miguel possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from UTEL Universidad and a nursing degree from Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Ambientales.
