Milica Zec

Milica Zec is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, customer experience, and client relations. Currently serving as the Enterprise LD Director of Revenue Operations at Foundever since February 2023, Milica previously held several roles at Sitel from September 2011 to January 2023, including Country Senior Learning Manager and Team Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at Studio Novi Teatar as Director of Studies, Galerry Pierre de Montmartre in Client Relations and Project Management, and Kombank Arena/Stark Arena in Event Hosting Coordination. Milica has a strong educational background from the University of Belgrade and a proven track record of enhancing customer experiences and driving employee engagement through innovative training and development initiatives.
