Patrick Contento is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Service Professional at Foundever since October 2024 and a Technical Support Consultant at Oracle since September 2022, Patrick has developed a strong skill set in customer relations and technical troubleshooting. Prior to these roles, Patrick was an Assistant Registrar at Cebu Technical Vocational Training and Assessment Academy Inc. from May 2020 to June 2022. Educational achievements include a K-12 Senior High School degree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics from the University of Cebu with a 90 average, a National Certificate II in Computer System Servicing from the Philippine Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology - Computer Technology from Cebu Technological University, where Patrick graduated with academic distinction.
