Randa Anis

Randa Anis has extensive experience in operations and account management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Foundever since September 2023. Prior to this role, Randa held various positions at SYKES Egypt, including Account Manager and Senior Operations Manager, from May 2021 to September 2023. Randa's career began at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, where roles included Program Manager, Account Supervisor, Quality Coach, and Customer Service Representative from January 2011 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Stream Global Services in 2010. Randa holds a Licentiate degree in French Interpreting and Literature from Al-Azhar University and a Bachelor's degree from Notre Dame Des Apôtres.
