Richard Weetman

Richard Weetman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and solutions management. Currently serving as Director of CX Transformation Solutions for Global Clients and Director of CX Tech Solutions for EMEA at Foundever since October 2022, Richard previously held roles at innso and Sitel Group as a Solutions Consultant and CX Tech Solutions Consultant for EMEA, respectively. Prior experience includes a Sales Manager position at Akio, where Richard was responsible for new business sales, and various leadership roles at SPOTTER, including Director of Client Relations and Director of the Monitoring and Analysis Department. Richard's career began with a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from the University of Reading.
