Sheetal Pathan

Sheetal Pathan is a Quality Assurance and Process Excellence professional currently serving as the Functional Lead for Quality & Governance at Foundever. With extensive experience in managing quality management systems, change programs, and process improvements, Sheetal holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. They previously led the Process Excellence department at Enago and served as Manager of Operational Excellence at Willis Towers Watson. Sheetal is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Mumbai and a postgraduate degree in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
