Stephanie Stroud is a seasoned proposal manager with extensive experience in managing high-revenue and complex contact center proposals. Currently employed at Foundever since October 2022, Stephanie has previously held roles as a Proposal Bid Manager at Transcom and a Proposal Manager at Sitel, where responsibilities included coordinating proposal processes and collaborating with various teams to deliver winning submissions. Starting in the industry as an ePublication Sales Coordinator at SAE International, Stephanie also worked as a freelance blogger and held sales and marketing roles that enhanced advertising revenues significantly. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism-Advertising, both from West Virginia University.
