Val Vandergrift

Val Vandergrift is currently the GM for Nicaragua & Panama at Sitel. Prior to their current position, Val was a Senior Manager at Dell from September 2004 to May 2008. Before their time at Dell, Val was the General Manager (International) at Spherion Professional Services from August 1999 to September 2004. While at Spherion, Val was responsible for managing an inbound contact center supporting a fortune 100 client in Panama City, Panama. Val also had prior experience managing centers in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Las Vegas, NV; and Tucson, AZ. Val departed Spherion just prior to the sale of the operation to another company.

Val Vandergrift has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They are on a team with Ravi Iyengar - COO, APAC, Eduardo Endo - GM, North America & Colombia, and Christian Sajons - GM, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands & Eastern Europe. Val Vandergrift reports to Olivier Camino, Founder & COO.
