Ash Longman possesses extensive experience in customer experience transformation and operational excellence across multiple leadership roles. At Foundever, Ash held the position of VP, Head of Solutions for Global Clients and served as the CX Transformation Solutions Director. Prior roles include Solutions Director at Capita, where engagement with clients led to the development of comprehensive strategies for operational and technological enhancements. As Head of Operational Excellence at Centrica, Ash established a new team focused on customer service transformation. Additionally, significant contributions were made at British Gas in various leadership capacities, including Head of Performance Strategy and Head of Operational Performance & Outsource Operations. Ash began a career at Centrica as a General Management Graduate, gaining diverse experience in customer service and operational management.
