Nikhil C R has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Nikhil started their career in 2005 as a Software Developer and Consultant at Sans Pareil Technologies, where they worked until 2010. Nikhil then joined IBS Software Services as a Senior Software Engineer for a year. In 2011, they joined Tata Elxsi as a Specialist, where they worked as a team lead and member on web application and Eclipse plugin development projects. During their time at Tata Elxsi, they successfully oversaw the development of products that went to CES-2014. In 2014, Nikhil founded FacileWorks before joining Founding Minds Software Private Ltd in 2015. At Founding Minds, they held various roles, including Senior Architect, Director of Operations, Center Head, and currently serves as Vice President. Overall, Nikhil has gained extensive experience in software development, project management, and leadership roles throughout their career.
From 1999 to 2003, Nikhil C R pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of Kerala.
